1. Overview
At TradeCodeLabs, we strive to deliver high-quality trading software that meets your expectations. This Refund Policy explains your rights regarding refunds for products purchased through our website.
All purchases on TradeCodeLabs are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd / Paddle.com Inc). Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, and refund transactions on our behalf.
2. Digital Products
Our products are digital goods – downloadable MetaTrader indicator and Expert Advisor software files (.ex4/.ex5). Once purchased, they are delivered instantly via digital download through your Dashboard.
3. Refund Eligibility
14-Day Refund Window
You may request a refund within 14 days of your original purchase date, subject to the conditions below:

4. EU Consumer Right to Cancel
If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
Exception: Your right to cancel does not apply once the digital content has been downloaded, streamed, or otherwise delivered to you, provided you gave prior consent to the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledged that you would lose your right to cancel.
To exercise your cancellation right, contact Paddle support at paddle.net before the 14-day period expires.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Paddle Support – Submit your refund request directly to Paddle at paddle.net. You will need your order number or the email address used during purchase.
- Alternatively, contact us – Email us at admin@tradecodelabs.com with your order number and reason for the refund request. We will forward your request to Paddle for processing.
- Processing Time – Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5 – 10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
6. Refund Method
All refunds are processed by Paddle and returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund. The actual time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
7. Free Products
We offer free versions of several of our indicators. We strongly recommend trying the free version of a product (where available) before purchasing the premium version. This allows you to test compatibility and functionality with your trading setup.
8. Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior. This includes but is not limited to:
- Repeated purchase-and-refund patterns
- Continued use of the software after requesting a refund
- Sharing or distributing the product before or after a refund
9. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or payment provider instead of contacting us or Paddle for a refund, we reserve the right to suspend your account and revoke all associated licenses pending investigation.
